The top recipes from 2014 were a blast for me to put together. It’s so fun to see a years worth of work all wrapped up in one post. I was planning on doing this post last week but my illness really gotten the best of me for over a week and I decided to scrap it. Then a little birdie told me she’d love to see the “best of” post for this year and that was all the motivation I needed. Thanks friend. Better let than never!
Here are my top posts from 2014, starting with number ten and working it’s way down to the coveted number one spot. I have to say, I was really surprised when I was pulling up stats last night that number one was what it was. Who would have though?
And do tell…
What was YOUR favorite 2014 recipe?
9. Quick Easy and Healthy White Chicken Enchilada Soup
7. How to Pop Popcorn in a Brown Paper Bag
5. Good, Better, and Best Smoothies
4. The Best and Easiest Way to Cook a Pumpkin
3. 3 Ingredient Healthy Fruit Dip
1. The Secret to the Perfect Baked Potato
Baked potatoes?!? That’s so funny isn’t it! I told my husband and he thought it made sense. He doesn’t know how to bake a potato.
This was great for me to really look at and I was surprised at how many “how to” kitchen posts made the cut. How to’s, healthy, and easy main dishes were king… I’ll be taking that as hint of what you want to see more of. There’s not a single dessert recipe on that list which surprised me too.
2015 is going to be great. Is there any thing you’d like to see more of on the blog (recipes or not?), any questions or “how to’s” you’d like to see, or general thoughts for me? I’m all ears.
Thanks a million for being here and making 2014 great.

Happy New Year! I always use the last minute bake-potatoes-in-microwave method, but my microwave died last week so I pulled up your recipe. They were delicious, I had forgotten how much better baked potatoes are that are baked in the oven.
