Ambitious, crafty, and tall are all words that I would use to describe myself. Trendy is one word that will probably never make the list. 
I don’t own a pair of heels and honestly don’t like most pairs anyhow. That wedge on the sole is just weird to me. And feathers. Don’t get me started on feathers. I have enough of those running around my yard I guess. Plus can you imagine me in these bad boys. I’d be like 6’5”. Why would I ever choose to be that tall?

And as much as I love Chevron, I’ll never have a room dedicated to it. And mark my word, I will never have a pair of antlers, real or fake, on my wall. Why are the antlers so trendy?! (I do love this room. I’m just not trendy enough to have one of my own.)
There is one trend in the cooking world that I can no longer ignore though. This is the sole purpose of the post; please consider this bestowal of knowledge a gift. Your life may never be the same again.
I present to you the wonder known as Biscoff Spread:
What is this Biscoff Spread you may ask? Well, have you ever had those yummy crunchy cookies on a Delta flight? These cookies:
Biscoff Spread is basically Biscoff cookies in “butter” form. Think peanut butter made out of cookies instead of nuts. The texture and consistency is just like peanut butter but it contains NO nuts, just cookies. It is a sweet creamy heaven. We have been eating it with a spoon right out of the jar. I am not positive the jar will last long enough to create something with it!
The jar says that it is a peanut butter alternative to be used on toast, in sandwiches with jam, or on apples. I cannot imagine this on toast let alone with jam. It is super sweet and dessert-like. I do not plan on serving it as part of any meal. It is a dessert or dessert ingredient in my book for sure. 
I have seen lots of recipes using this Biscoff Spread and I’ve been wondering what it was; I’m so glad I took the time to research this little gem. I think it would be perfect on top of ice cream, in homemade ice cream, in a pie (like a cold peanut butter pie), or eaten with fruit. I’m super excited to play around with it. If you are ready to jump on the Biscoff bandwagon, just look for a jar near the peanut butter at the grocery store. Seriously, if I found it where I live, I’m positive they’ll have it where you live.
